CPRI cables
Fiber cable assemblies for the CPRI link between the baseband unit (BBU) and the remote radio unit (RRU) at telecom tower sites.

Listed items
To quote: the connector at each end, the length and the jacket.
What the CPRI link is
CPRI (Common Public Radio Interface) carries radio data between the baseband unit, usually in the shelter or cabinet, and the remote radio unit mounted near the antennas. It runs over fiber, so a CPRI cable is a fiber assembly specified for that route.
These assemblies are often longer than patch cords, since they run up the tower, and the radio end sits outdoors.
How to order
- Give the connector at the BBU end and at the RRU end, with any outdoor protection the radio needs.
- Say single-mode or multimode, to match the transceivers.
- Give the length and the jacket the route needs, for example outdoor-rated.
- Send the quantities and delivery city on WhatsApp or through the quote form below.
Common questions
Is a CPRI cable different from a patch cord?
It is a fiber assembly like a patch cord, but specified for the tower: longer lengths, an outdoor jacket and connectors that suit the radio unit.
Single-mode or multimode?
It depends on the transceivers in the BBU and RRU. Match the fiber to the optics.
